Professional Bio
Lisa MacDougall is a Principal on BDT’s Philanthropy & Social Impact team and Vice President of rootEd Alliance, a collaborative philanthropic effort to strengthen the futures of America’s rural students. Before joining BDT, Lisa helped launch Goldman Sachs’ global philanthropic initiative 10,000 Women, which focused on women’s economic empowerment. Lisa holds a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
