"ELEVATE" is a comprehensive executive leadership program piloted as the Entrepreneurial College of the Future (ECoF) in 2022 – 2023.
The program aims to equip executive leaders with innovative entrepreneurial strategies, leadership skills, and a forward-thinking mindset to navigate the evolving landscape of higher education. It's designed to empower community college leaders to drive positive change, enhance institutional impact, and foster sustainable growth.

The program is tailored specifically for community college presidents and institutional advancement professionals leading colleges and their foundations.

Program Eligibility

Applicants must have at least 5 years of community college leadership experience expressing interest to participate as a community college president or rising leader.

A letter of support from one’s college CEO or a CEO that can attest to his or her leadership as a high performer.

A cohort of 12-15 will be selected to participate yearly from a diversity of ranks, colleges, and regions in the United States.
