Leading Through Uncertainty: Resilient Strategies for Higher Education Administrators
In today’s rapidly shifting landscape, college leaders are navigating unprecedented levels of volatility—political polarization, economic pressure, evolving student expectations, and digital disruption. This timely webinar offers practical tools and insights for higher education administrators seeking to lead with clarity, courage, and adaptability.
Join us as we explore adaptive leadership models suited for uncertainty, with a focus on scenario planning and agile governance that empowers institutions to pivot quickly and effectively. We’ll dive into strategies for communicating a clear vision—internally and externally—using digital storytelling to re-engage students, parents, and donors in a divided media environment.
You’ll also discover the critical importance of workforce development in a “return-on-investment” driven climate, and how to stay mission-centered while addressing misinformation and shifting public narratives about higher education.
Whether you're navigating enrollment challenges, budget shortfalls, or shifting public trust, this session will equip you with frameworks and communication strategies to lead confidently—and resiliently—into the future.
