A Leader's Journey to Clarity with Dr. Destry Dokes, Executive Director, Generation Park Campus, San Jacinto College District
Dr. Destry Dokes is the Executive Director of San Jacinto College new Generation Park campus which is scheduled to open August 2020. Prior to San Jacinto College, Dr. Dokes served as the Interim President Houston Community College Northeast, College Operations Officer for Houston Community College Northwest and Director of Operations and Department Administrator for the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Over the last 30 years, he has participated in several entrepreneurial endeavors and currently encourage entrepreneurial thinking as an essential tool for developing opportunities to address unanticipated challenges.

Solving Critical Community College Challenges with Innovative Idea Generation Techniques with Bryan Mattimore, Cofounder of the Growth Engine Company
Bryan Mattimore specializes in ideation and innovation process, front-end marketing research, branding, creating and developing new products and services, and innovation strategic planning. He is Cofounder and “Chief Idea Guy” of the Growth Engine Company, a sixteen-year old innovation agency based in Norwalk, Connecticut. Prior to cofounding Growth Engine, he was president of the Mattimore Group, a twenty-year-old ideation facilitation and creativity consulting company. In his business consulting career, Mr. Mattimore has facilitated over a thousand brainstorming sessions, moderated over five hundred creative focus groups and consumer ethnographies, and managed over two hundred successful innovation projects, leading to over $3 billion in new sales annually for a wide variety of Fortune 500 clients.
